Are all of your cleaning products eco-friendly?
Absolutely. We use nothing that is not eco-friendly and completely natural. For our clients’ peace of mind, our business is registered with and certified by The TopGreen Institute. We hold ourselves to the most impeccable standards

Why is “green cleaning” important?
For a number of reasons. Eco-friendly cleaning products protect our streams, fish that live in the streams, animals who feed from the streams, and the rest of the complex web we call the environment. Cleaning products with chemicals do the opposite, making the planet more toxic and more dangerous. Eco-friendly cleaning products protect children, pets, and others in the home from the harsh chemicals found in standard cleaning products. What is aromatherapy and how do you use it?
Aromatherapy is the new and popular art of soothing the body and emotions through application of natural fragrances in the surroundings. If you request it, The Natural Maids will treat your home or office with aromatherapy as part of our cleaning visit. When you enter the premises, you will detect a light, natural scent Top– nothing perfumey or artificial. The pleasant fragrance comes from natural herbs and oils.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Always. We guarantee our work, and if you are not 100-percent delighted with what we have done, call within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean your Tophome or office free of charge.

Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. All our staff are bonded and insured, which means you rest easy that only safe, respectful, careful and caring people are entering your home and working Toparound your precious furniture and possessions.

Who will come to clean my home or office?
Depending on the square footage and the specific cleaning requirements, we either send one or two bonded, insured, trained, and uniformed Natural Maids to Topclean each residence or business.

Are your employees trained and supervised?
Employees are always supervised, and they are trained before they enter any residence or business. Managers periodically visit client homes and offices to Topmake sure they are cleaned to the high standards expected of our staff.

Is your company a franchise?
No. We are a family-owned and family-operated business. Because we are not a franchise, our clients receive a level of personal care, customized attention, Topand flexibility not possible with cleaning services bound by rigid policies and rules.

Am I liable for workers’ compensation, insurance, or employment taxes?
TopNot at all. Our company covers this.

Am I obligated by contract?
TopNo contracts. You can cancel arrangements anytime you wish. We only ask that you give us 24 hours notice, so we can reschedule our staff.

How often will my home or office be cleaned?
That is entirely up to you. Some clients enjoy having their homes cleaned weekly, while others prefer biweekly. We can also schedule monthly cleanings, one-Toptime cleanings, rental cleanings, or most any other arrangement you might request.

Do I need to be home when your staff arrives?
No. We just need entry access. You can give us a key in advance or leave one under your mat, in a lockbox, or with a neighbor. Or you can arrange for a friend Topto let us in.

How do you protect my keys?
Client keys are secured in a locked safe that only our managers have access to. On the day of service, your key is given to the cleaning team. It is returned at Topend of the day and placed back in the safe.

How do I prepare for your cleaning day?
Nothing special is needed. Call our office or leave an obvious note on the counter (with phone numbers where you’re reachable) if you have special instructions. TopOtherwise, we only ask that any pets be in carriers or cages when we arrive. This facilitates our staff moving through your home safely and easily.

Must I provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
TopNo. We provide everything. All our products, methods, and equipment are environmentally friendly. We help you save the environment one green room at a time.

What hours are available for cleaning?
The Office is opened Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; we provide Residential cleanings during those hours. On occasion, arrangements might be made for Topa special cleaning outside of those hours if you request it and if staff is available. For Commercial cleanings we customize the schedule depending on the client.

What happens if something gets damaged?
TopOur staff is very caring, careful, and respectful. In the rare event of an accident, we make every effort to repair or replace a damaged item.

What are your fees?
Fees are based on the size and condition of the home or office. Before the first cleaning, we walk through the rooms with you and fill out a room plan, listing precisely what tasks are to be performed where. Based on that, we estimate the time and price of the first cleaning. Our rates are competitive with other Topservices in the area, only ours is distinguished by 100-percent green cleaning for your greater health.

What if I want something not included as part of your regular service?
TopThe Natural Maids offers a variety of services and can tailor these to a client’s needs. Contact us for more information.

How do payments work?
Most clients pay by check, but we accept credit cards for your convenience. We also can arrange for monthly payments. Payment is due at the time of service. The first visit is paid in advance based on the estimated time. If we take less time, we refund the difference or use it toward your next visit. For regularly Topscheduled cleanings, clients may leave a check on top of the counter or pre-pay by credit card.
