The Natural Maids value your home/office and appreciates your business. We have provided our policies and terms for the protection of our clients and our company.

OFFICE HOURS - Our standard office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m - 5pm. Saturdays are available for One-time cleanings, and special cleanings (move-in/move-out, rentals, for sale, etc.)
PAYMENT POLICY - Payments are due at time of service. We require a credit card on file to guarantee service. We gladly accept cash, checks (Please make checks payable to The Natural Maids), Visa, Master Card, and American Express. All credit card payments are processed one day prior to your cleaning. To pay by credit card please contact us
You can enroll in our Credit Card payment plan for automatic credit card billing of future cleaning services. To enroll please contact us *Note: If we arrive to clean and you have not left a payment we will charge the services to the credit card on file. Should The Natural Maids not be able to process your credit card payment prior to the day of cleaning, your account will be subject to a $15.00 charge.
CANCELLATION AND NON-ENTRY POLICY - We understand that there are times when you might need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours cancellation notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will incur a $30 charge cancellation fee. If a Natural Maid arrives at a scheduled cleaning appointment and is unable to gain access to your home/office you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the cleaning.
SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT - Natural Maids come with all the necessary cleaning products and equipment. All of the products we use are biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Our vacuums have a unique four level filtration system that ensures the removal of irritants and contaminants and we only ise micro-fiber cloths and flat mops.
ASSIGNED NATURAL MAIDS - We understand that most clients would prefer to have the same Natural Maid consistently clean their home/office. It is our goal to provide you with consistency. The Natural Maids will try to provide you with a regular maid however, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot always guarantee the same cleaning maid. At any given time we may have to change cleaning maids. Should we have to change your cleaning maid, we will notify you via phone or email.
EMPLOYEE SAFETY POLICY - Employee safety is important to us. We require our employess to wear shoes at all times. (Employess wear shoe covers to protect your home/office from outside particles). Our employess cannot climb ladders higher than 30", they do not lifet objects weighing more than 30 pounds. We do not clean bodily fluids, or any substance that may pose a health or safety issue to our employees. The Natural Maids reserves the right to remove an employee from a job at any time if safety is of concern or if integrity is in question.
TIPPING - The Natural Maids does not require tipping, but it is customary for an excellent service. Customers can leave cash or a check for their maids; if they prefer they can call our office and add a gratuity to their appointment payment.
GIFT CERTIFICATES - You may purchase a cleaning gift certificate for any occasion. Cleaning Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
PETS- At The Natural Maids we understand how important your pets are to you. We are a pet friendly company. For the safety of both our maids and your pets we require that all pets be caged prior to our maids arriving at your home.
DAMAGES - The Natural Maidstreat your home with the utmost respect. Our maids are very caring, careful, and respectful. In the rare event of an accident, we make every effort to repair or replace a damaged item. The Natural Maids does not take responsibility for items previously damaged. Should you have anydelicate or sensitive items in your home please notify our office, we will instruct our maids not to touch those items.
INSURANCE POLICY - All our maids are bonded and insured, you can rest assure that only safe, respectful, careful and caring people are entering your home/office and working around your precipous furniture and posessions. Our company carries a general liability insurance policy of $1,000,000 for your protection.
PRIVACY POLICY- The Natural Maids is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to personalize your experience at our website. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information by The Natural Maids. Personal information (name, address, email, phone, home specifications) is required if you make a service request online. Other than using the information to verify the service area and provide an accurate cleaning estimate to you, the online data is not used by us further in any way. We do not sell or rent customer lists.
SATISFACTION POLICY - We proudly stand behind our work. Should you have any comments regarding your cleaning, please call us within 24 hours after the end of your cleaning appointment. If there are areas that you feel we overlooked we will come back and re-clean your home/office free of charge.
